TOP PROTO machines precision metal and plastic parts to tolerances of ±0.005mm from our Shenzhen, China facility. From prototype CNC machining to low-volume production — DFM review with every quote, dimensional inspection report with every shipment.
CNC machining is a subtractive manufacturing process. Computer-controlled cutting tools remove material from a solid workpiece, following a toolpath derived from your CAD file. The result is a finished component that reproduces your geometry precisely — feature to feature, part to part.
TOP PROTO runs CNC milling, CNC turning, and simultaneous 5-axis machining in one facility. We machine aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, tool steel, and engineering plastics — from a single prototype to low-volume batches of 500 parts.
Every order includes a DFM review before production starts and a dimensional inspection report before shipment.
Direct Manufacturer — One Facility Your parts are produced in our own Shenzhen facility by our own engineers. No third-party shops, no broker layer, no inconsistency between what was quoted and what gets made.
DFM Review Before Every Quote Wall thickness, internal radii, undercut access, tolerance feasibility — checked before we price the job. Problems flagged upfront cost nothing to fix. Problems found after machining cost time and money.
Inspection Documentation on Every Order Standard tolerance is ±0.01mm. Precision features to ±0.005mm. Every shipment includes a full dimensional inspection report, material certifications traceable to heat number, and a Certificate of Conformance.
Four Quality Certifications ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, IATF 16949:2016, and AS9100D certified. Annual third-party surveillance audits. ITAR registration available for controlled programmes.

TOP PROTO machines parts for nine industries. Each has its own tolerance standards, material certification requirements, and quality documentation expectations. Our engineering team applies the right process controls for your application — not a generic machining approach.
Precision components machined at our Shenzhen facility — aluminium, titanium, stainless steel, and engineering plastics across aerospace, medical, robotics, and industrial applications.
Same Materials, Same Tolerances — Prototype parts run on the same machines, to the same specs, as your production design. No substitute materials or relaxed tolerances.
DFM Included — Design issues caught before cutting. Wall thickness, radii, feature access — flagged with specific notes before you spend anything on machining.
Fast Lead Times — Standard CNC aluminium parts from 3 days. Titanium and stainless from 5 days. Confirmed at quoting.
First Article Inspection — Production baseline established against your drawing. Every subsequent batch held to it.
Batch Documentation — Dimensional report, material certifications, and CoC on every production batch — not just the first article.
Consistent Lead Times — Production orders go into our forward schedule. You receive a confirmed ship date, not an estimate.
We guarantee that CNC parts are delivered on time and that the process is completely transparent in the following 3 simple steps:
Instant prices with DFM feedback for many file types.
You can select from many materials and methods.
